How to Initiate a Return

Email info@bosompeptides.com with your order number and a brief description of why you would like to return the item. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Please ensure products are returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This right applies in addition to our 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund at your preference, with no return shipping required on your part.
